At Pacific Carpet Care we strive to maximize cleaning without compromising delicate dyes or weaves and use thorough but gentle, total immersion method for most rugs. Our team custom tailors the cleaning process to each rug depending on age, condition, fibers, construction and dyes.

Submersion Handwash Cleaning Process:

1. Dust Removal Soil evacuation, using the effectiveness of compressed air is integral to our method of safe pre-cleaning.
   
   

2. Hand Wash Expert hand-washing in a submersion bath assures a complete cleaning is being performed. Mild cleaning agents designed specifically for oriental rugs are massaged deeply into the rug.
   
   

3. Final Rinse The rug is removed from the pit and given a soft water rinse.
   
   

4. Drying Mild heat and airflow is applied as the rug hangs to dry. Using compressed air, the fibers are given a luxurious fluffing.
   
   

5. Fringe Work Attention to detail is essential at this stage, so we hand-comb and Detailing your rug's fringes to ensure that they are properly finished and groomed.
